Several requirements were discussed regarding the implementation of the RPL program, including legality, accessibility, recognition equality, transparency, and quality assurance. The RPL program adopts two types, Type A and Type B, each with differences in implementation and required documentation that must be uploaded into the SIERRA system.

Participants were guided in preparing documents such as academic handbooks, policy regulations in the form of RPL implementation guidelines, and leadership decisions regarding the RPL management team.

The workshop concluded that universities must prepare several documents to implement RPL effectively, including implementation guidelines, regulations issued by leadership, and standards for study programs deemed eligible to offer RPL in their curricula. The event invited 200 individuals, including chairs, secretaries, and representatives from the Directorate of Educational Development, with 75 attendees, speakers, and 20 committee members, including room managers, security, and cleaning staff.
