The workshop addressed two key aspects: learning outcomes and continuous improvement. Learning outcomes refer to the achievements in attitudes, skills, and knowledge students gain during their studies through aligned, measurable methods, materials, and assessments.
Meanwhile, continuous improvement represents the commitment of study program managers to fulfill all aspects outlined in the curriculum while serving as a foundational reference for enhancing and advancing education quality moving forward.

Through this workshop, participants are expected to become more capable of measuring the achievement of graduate learning outcomes through the courses they teach and implementing continuous improvement as part of the Outcome-Based Education approach. This initiative aims not only to improve individual study programs but also to contribute to the overall progress of Universitas Sumatera Utara.
