Eighteen lecturers from various faculties within USU attended the workshop. The instructors were professors and lecturers from USU who were certified as national PEKERTI and AA instructors by the Ministry of Education and Culture of Indonesia.
By the end of the PEKERTI Workshop, participants are expected to improve their instructional activities in the learning process with specific outputs, such as:
- Developing General and Specific Learning Objectives/Competencies for the courses they teach.
- Conducting Instructional Analysis for their courses.
- Preparing a Semester Learning Plan (RPS) for their courses.
- Designing question blueprints for their courses.
- Constructing question items for their courses, among others.
