On Tuesday, August 6, 2024, LINKUP USU conducted a Workshop on Developing Course Learning Portfolios, featuring Prof. Dr. Pepen Arifin as the speaker.
Representatives from all undergraduate study programs at Universitas Sumatera Utara attended the event. The workshop focused on the design and elements of learning portfolios, such as lesson plans, student works, reflection, and evaluation components.
Participants were guided in enhancing their teaching methods to become more structured. Learning portfolios are now a mandatory document required for international accreditation as evidence of achieving learning outcomes aligned with Outcome-Based Education (OBE) goals.
Study programs were encouraged to align portfolio formats with the learning outcomes specified in their lesson plans to effectively meet course achievement targets.
